Service Description
The First Assessment (Full with DIVA‑5) provides a structured, evidence‑based evaluation for ADHD using internationally recognised diagnostic tools. This consult explores presenting concerns, history, and current challenges, with input from an informant where appropriate. Findings clarify whether ADHD is present and guide accurate care pathways, often leading to further psychometric testing to deepen understanding and refine treatment planning.
Cancellation Policy
**No-Show and Cancellation Policy** At Soul Care NP Services, we value your time and appreciate your commitment to attending your scheduled appointments. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients and staff, we have implemented the following policy regarding no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment. 1. **Cancellation Notice**: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You can do this by calling our office at 3881 7222 or emailing us at prv.enquiries@healthscope.com.au 2. **No-Show Policy**: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notification, this will be considered a no-show. 3. **Late Cancellations**: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will incur a $80 cancellation fee. 4. **Repeated No-Shows and Late Cancellations**: We understand that emergencies can happen. However, if you have multiple no-shows or late cancellations, we may require a deposit to secure future appointments.
