By accessing or using services provided by Soul Care NP Services, you agree to the following terms:

We provide mental health assessment, consultation, and therapeutic support for clients aged 18 and over. Services are delivered by a Nurse Practitioner and may include collaboration with other health professionals.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be booked in advance. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.
3. Confidentiality
All personal and health information is handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws. Information is only shared with your consent or when legally required.
4. Clinical Records
We maintain accurate, secure records of your care. You may request access to your records or ask for corrections at any time.
5. Fees & Payments
Fees are outlined prior to booking. Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Medicare rebates may apply for eligible services.
6. Emergencies
Soul Care NP Services is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent support, please contact emergency services or your local mental health team.
