Whether you’re seeking diagnostic clarity, support with co-occurring mental health challenges, or a second opinion, we offer a structured, trauma-informed pathway that’s collaborative and audit-ready.

You’ve been told you might have ADHD or Autism but haven’t had a formal assessment You’re navigating complex mental health concerns alongside possible neurodivergence
For Patients and Public
Assessments (Age 18+) We assess for ADHD and Autism, but also explore other possible mental health causes of your symptoms—ensuring a thorough, respectful process that supports clarity, wellbeing, and the right care for you. We start with a short interview to understand your needs You’ll complete a full mental health assessment using a structured tool called DIVA-5 We also do psychometric testing and a detailed interview We meet again to talk through your results and next steps Your case is reviewed by our Nurse Practitioner and a psychiatrist If ADHD or Autism is likely, we’ll refer you to a psychiatrist and arrange any needed blood tests Psychiatrist review is discussed at your feedback session only if recommended during case review After diagnosis, we offer therapy (group or individual) using DBT/CBT-informed approaches If medication is prescribed, your Nurse Practitioner will help manage your care Important: This service is for people aged 18 and over, and you’ll need to bring someone who knows you well from childhood—especially about your school and social experiences between ages 5 and 12.
For GPs and Referrers
Neurodevelopmental Assessment Pathway (ADHD/ASD – Age 18+) We offer a structured, multidisciplinary pathway for adult ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder assessment: Pre-screening interview to determine suitability Comprehensive mental health assessment incorporating the DIVA-5 Psychometric testing and structured diagnostic interview Feedback session with client and/or carer Case reviewed by NP and consulting psychiatrist If provisional diagnosis is indicated, NP initiates relevant pathology and refers to psychiatrist Psychiatrist review is discussed at feedback interview only if recommended during case review Post-diagnosis support includes DBT/CBT-informed group therapy or individual therapy with NP If stimulant medication is prescribed, ongoing care is managed by NP All required pathology, psychiatrist referrals, and coordination of day group therapy programs are completed by the NP Note: This pathway is available for clients aged 18+ only and requires an informant who can provide detailed insight into the client’s schooling and social functioning between ages 5–12.

A summary of findings, diagnostic outcomes (if applicable), and next steps for care, support, or referral.
